All workshop programs include: full tuition for the entire program, morning yoga/tai chi/meditation, breakfast, lunch and break snacks/beverages, and periodic evening presentations and performances. All workshops also include one dinner meal as part of the group closure ceremony. Some workshops include accommodations; others do not, please see individual programs for accommodation details.

The Beyond Surviving: Thriving with Cancer workshop includes ALL meals and snacks for the duration of the workshop.

All menu options include as much local, fresh and organic food as possible, and where noted, local fresh fish and chicken. Please refer to individual programs as to the general food choices available.

Additional charges apply for Bodywork or Guided Outdoor Activities.

Registration
Please register early, to ensure program space and accommodation choices. Winter is peak tourist season in Baja, and accommodations fill quickly. Each workshop has a maximum number of participants, please see individual programs.

Deposit / Cancellations / Refunds
A non-refundable deposit of $400US per person per workshop reserves your space. Please see the registration page for each event for the complete Cancellation and Refund policy. If we must cancel a program, you will receive 2 or more weeks notice, and a full refund of all monies paid. Please check with your airline about its cancellation policy, and TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended.

Final payment is due 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the start date of your workshop. Workshop payments can be made by phone or under each events registration page.

EARTH & SKY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF TRAVEL CANCELLATION FEES IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR PROGRAM IS CANCELLED.

Special Needs

All workshops are located outside of Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, in rural areas with rough roads and in some cases, hilly terrain. These situations may be challenging for those in wheelchairs, or with physical challenges. Please contact to discuss accessibility and suitable accommodation if required.

Meal options include non-vegetarian (local, fresh fish and chicken included) and vegetarian. Please contact us if you have specific dietary needs.

Layered clothing-days are warm, nights can be cool and it is damp by the ocean though rarely ever rains at that time of year.

9am-1pm Workshop
1pm-2pm Catered Lunch
2pm-7pm (time varies) Free Time, dinner on own (except for Thriving with Cancer workshop, which includes dinners). Optional Bodywork and Guided Outdoor Activities available during this time period.
7:30pm-9pm Evening entertainment, presentation or performance on select nights. A closing night dinner meal and celebration is included in all workshops.

Bodywork

Highly skilled bodywork by professional practitioners is available in quiet and beautiful settings for an additional charge. Allow yourself to receive the gift of unwinding, deep relaxation and integration of your program experience through massage, energy work and chiropractic adjustments. Available selections will vary with programs. Please contact us prior to your workshop. We suggest pre-booking your bodywork 2 weeks prior to your arrival, for best selection.

Guided Outdoor Activities

A variety of guided outdoor activities are available for an additional charge during your free time. Please contact us with your interests.

About Your Stay

For workshops including accommodations, your room is available by 3pm on the first day of arrival. For these workshops, a light dinner will be provided on the day of arrival.

For workshops not including accommodations, workshops begin on a Mon. am and end on a Friday, with included meals beginning with Mon. AM breakfast.

Cell phone use is not permitted during the workshop, including meals. Please limit calls to your free time.

All workshops are non-smoking, as are the included accommodations.

No pets are allowed on site.

While we have taken every step to insure the highest quality of experience and accommodations for our participants, please understand that our workshops are located in rural Baja, and there may be noise or other distractions beyond our control. As well, Baja secondary roads are rough, un-paved, very dusty and frequently move location, so it is helpful to have a sense of adventure here.

Please refrain from wearing perfumes or heavily scented body oils in the workshops.

Internet access is available at the workshops including accommodations, and is also available at several locations within the town of Todos Santos.
