Early registration discount of 10% off the total program cost if you register and pay in full by Dec. 1, 2009

Deposit / Cancellations / Refunds
A non-refundable deposit of $400US per person per workshop reserves your space. Your entire deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the start date of your program will be refunded the balance of monies paid, minus the $400US deposit. Cancellations made 7 days or less in advance of the start date of your program will forfeit all monies paid.

If we must cancel a program, you will receive 2 or more weeks notice, and a full refund of all monies (including the $400 deposit) paid. Please check with your airline about its cancellation policy, and travel insurance is highly recommended.

Balance Due
Final payment is due 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the start date of your workshop.
Workshop payments may be made online by PayPal (credit card or Paypal account), via each workshop page, or by cheque to Earth & Sky, see Contact Page for address.

Please note: EARTH & SKY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF TRAVEL CANCELLATION FEES IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR PROGRAM IS CANCELLED.
